Local 311 Pipes & Drums
Firefighters Local 311 Pipes & Drums was formed by members of the City of Madison Fire Department in 2008. With the support of IAFF Local 311, we strive to honor our members (and FFs across our state/country) by performing at funerals, graduations, promotions, fund raisers, and any other MFD or union sponsored event. We have performed at several funerals for retirees from locals across Wisconsin as well as other local’s recruit graduations, commemoration ceremonies, and annually at the PFFW Convention Opening Ceremonies.
